Preparing students for academic and entrepreneurial success

VentureLink

A core tenant of VentureSchool’s planning process has been to provide proof-of-concept for the design of our learning experiences. Since March 2017, we have hosted over 40 VentureLab pop-up classrooms to test our curriculum, instructional strategy, and interface with parents and students to gather their feedback on our plans for VentureSchool. While VentureLabs have been a valuable learning experience for what a few hours in the life of a VentureSchool student might look, we did not yet have an opportunity to test our school model in a more robust context and collect student growth data over an extended period of time. Therefore, we decided to launch a new program, VentureLink Summer Bridge, during the summer of 2018.

We had a phenomenal summer and couldn’t be happier with the first ever iteration of VentureLink Summer Bridge. To recap the program, we released a report to capture the outcomes we were able to deliver over the course of the summer. Read it here.
